The flight itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there. But the baggage fees felt way too high and kind of unnecessary. They also weren’t very clear when I was booking, so it was a little frustrating to deal with later.

I wasn’t really expecting much, but it was actually easy to use. I’m still a little skeptical overall, but getting started was simpler than I thought it would be.

The onboard staff were really friendly and helped me out quick. The whole flight felt easy enough, and I didnt have any issues

Boarding with Volotea was better than I thought it would be. The line kept moving and the staff checked bags without turning it into a whole big thing. The gate info was easy enough to follow even though it changed a little late. The only downside was that it got crowded around the gate and priority boarding was not that clear. Still we left pretty much on time so I can't really complain. 4 stars from me
